Employer Responsibilities

Employers are solely responsible for ensuring that job postings comply with applicable laws,
including anti-discrimination laws. Neesilo is not liable for non-compliance with any
employment or hiring laws.

Employers are responsible for vetting and conducting due diligence on job candidates. Neesilo
does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided by job seekers.

Job Seeker Responsibilities

Job seekers are responsible for providing accurate information, including identity and
professional credentials. Neesilo does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted information,
though we provide tools to facilitate identity and credential verification.

You may not share or transfer your account with any third party without Neesilo’s written
permission.

Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided on the Neesilo platform, including text, graphics, logos,
software, and data compilations, are the property of Neesilo or its licensors and are protected
by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content without
express written permission from Neesilo.

Termination of Use

Neesilo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at
any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, disrupts the platform, or is
harmful to other users.
